Reception & Concierge The Crystal has a reception area, located on the premises with friendly and professional staff who meet guests on arrival, assist with check-in and concierge service, including booking tours, airport transfers and car hire. The reception is equipped with a computer and a wireless hotspot for guests’ use. |

Housekeeping Our dedicated and supervised team provides daily (Mon-Sun) refresh service as well as linen and towel change every third day. (On Public holidays, housekeeping can be arranged on request, at an extra charge.) |

Personal laundry Guests have the use of a personal laundry service. Laundry bags and laundry lists are supplied and can be handed in at reception. |
